Need some energetic tunes to kick off this gloomy week. I’m all for a little moisture in the air, but this weather is absurd. But hey, as long as sunshine comes this weekend, I will gladly welcome the rain during the week.

Minus my skin probz, today has and will continue to be a great day:
1) I got to attend a luncheon with my favorite cousin Judy (meaning a glass of red and a screwdriver with free lunch, wooo) plus watch the rehearsal of West Side Story at the Lincoln Center.
2) My job has been extended another three months.
3) Lady bonding over a free meal and late night drinks with mah girl Sarah.
Good start to the hectic but crazy awesome weekend ahead.
Yeah you may be good looking
But you’re not a piece of art.
Dedicating this song to my Saturday night.
God damn this is sexy. Setting the mood to how I would be spending my rainy day and night…if I ran the world.
Song of the day as I try to fight hunger and sleep by downing cups of mediocre keurig coffee. I’m ready to give up on douchebaggery quite yet.
I’ve been listening to this soundtrack all day, and I’m crazy in love. I’ll probably listen to it more as I sit on the bus on my way to Boston tonight, re-reading and finally taking in the brilliant words of F. Scott Fitzgerald.
The packing party continues esta noche. Ape and I started packing this morning in our attempt to avoid dressing for work, and found it surprisingly comforting. I’m particularly excited to finally find some missing clothes items. So we’re just going to blast some jams, drink some boxed wine, and get this party started.
Can’t stop, won’t stop. Need some happy tunes while I start packing from here to eternity.
In need of some chill music today. TGIF.
I’m out of words. I don’t have anything original or thought provoking to say on the matter, so it’s better to not say a thing. Nothing like a national tragedy to put things into perspective.
In desperate need of good jujubees so that my dream apartment/future lifestyle can become a reality. Which makes this song highly appropriate for this moment.
This is the theme song of this weekend. I can’t stop playing and singing it. I’m ending this weekend on a high, heading uptown for some date night action. I wanna eat the whole cake.
